Tenant FAQ
All notices must be in writing and must contain your last day in the unit. An email to your property manager will work.
We understand life happens and sometimes it becomes necessary to break a lease. Tenants are responsible for all rents until the lease expires or we find new tenants. We work with you to aggressively market and show the rental to minimize any vacancy time (and save you money). Contact your Property Manager for more details.
If other roommates want to stay they will need to qualify on their own or bring in another roommate. If they bring in another roommate, they will need to apply and be added to the lease before they can move in. The security deposit will be handled between you and your roommates. There is a $200 administrative fee to process a roommate change. Contact your Property Manager for more details.
Please use our Maintenance Request page to start all maintenance requests.
